Compassion in Action
Legal paperwork shouldn't be a burden during sensitive times. I bring the notary office to the facility or home, coordinating closely with families, ombudsmen, and staff to ensure a smooth, compliant, and stress-free signing experience for residents. I can coordinate directly with facility staff or ombudsmen if required.

Key Preparation Steps
Have Valid ID: A current, government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) is required for identification of each signer. These are sometimes kept by the facility for the residents security, they may need to be obtained from Admin prior to appointment.
Competency: Signer needs to understand the documents that they are signing and be able to indicate said understanding.
Bring All Documents: Bring the entire document, not just the signature page. Ensure all documents are filled out, except for the signature lines. Do Not Sign Ahead of Time, The document must be signed in front of the notary.
Appointment and Fees, Notaries are paid at the end of the appointment. My fees are clearly stated for the packages
